SYDNEY RAYS STORY
Hiii I’m Sydney! I’m a college student attending FAU and I have lived in Florida my whole life. SydneyRayShop was made for fun, experience for my major in Marketing and Advertising, and to make some extra money to pay for college.
In 2023, I decided to attend FAU in the fall as a freshman and I was so excited about dressing up for game day and tailgates. To my surprise, I was pretty disappointed by what people were wearing. Then, I found out that no one was selling college accessories and apparel that students my age wanted to wear.
I joined Alpha Delta Pi and received so many sorority gifts that I was grateful for. But I was gifted some adpi game day buttons which where cute, but I knew I could do better.
I had a very scary medical scare December 2023 which lead me to moving back home, not being able to drive, and constant doctor appointments. Leaving my college life behind left me pretty heart broken but also gave me a lot of extra time. With this time I decided to start SydneyRayShop.
With this shop I aimed to make products that I would personally wear myself and not sell things that I’m not proud of. While also being as wallet friendly as I can!
